 Sunday, 17 September, mid-afternoon: I'm a figure skater, and for training I use a "spinner" sometimes to practice spinning and balance. You can sort of see the spinner here under my feet. It's kind of a lazy susan sort of thing. Every day I spin on it a bit. Here I am in mid-spin. |
