Notes for Icy May PRICE
Mabel Ross says "She was a lovely lady -- we visited with her quite a lot."15

Mrs. Ross also adds, "I remember well going up the Humptulips river to Aunt Icy's one time. We had to drive a long way along a dike. That was my first experience with dikes. I don't know how old I was exactly but it was shortly after our mother was married to Mr. Sheaffer, I think. May not have been until 1918-1919 -- Aunt Icy may have been working in the cookhouse at the logging camp -- Polson was the name of it."15
Notes for Arthur Marshall (Spouse 1)
Mabel Ross says Arthur "worked in the logging camp with our stepfather George Sheaffer."15

Nota bene: I do list my sources here (go to the page for each person and you'll see links to the source numbers there). However, some of them are more reliable than others. I list them all even if I haven't been able to verify them yet, because even an iffy or unreliable source may contain the clue that makes it possible for you to find the truth. :-) Please judge all facts and sources here critically. I welcome corrections and further info. -- Wendi
