| Notes for Icy May PRICE |
Mabel Ross says "She was a lovely lady -- we visited with her quite a lot."15
Mrs. Ross also adds, "I remember well going up the Humptulips river to Aunt Icy's one time. We had to drive a long way along a dike. That was my first experience with dikes. I don't know how old I was exactly but it was shortly after our mother was married to Mr. Sheaffer, I think. May not have been until 1918-1919 -- Aunt Icy may have been working in the cookhouse at the logging camp -- Polson was the name of it."15 |
| Notes for Arthur Marshall (Spouse 1) |
| Mabel Ross says Arthur "worked in the logging camp with our stepfather George Sheaffer."15 |
